What I Do

I use effective, integrative psychotherapy methods to help battle the negative self-talk and rewrite the story that has an ending you did not choose!

Making small changes to self-defeating behavior and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can bring life-altering results. I will do everything I can to make you comfortable enough to get uncomfortable.

How I Do It

I utilize an integrative approach incorporating appropriate modalities—no cookie cutter approaches here. I am trained in many areas but utilize these most frequently:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
  • Attachment Focused EMDR
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
  • Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Mindfulness Based Approaches
  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)
  • Sensorimotor Psychotherapy
